i have one of these and it's greattt!!! keeps your laptop feeling cool even if it's one 24/7. you do hear the fan, but you get used to itt...not that bad =p

I just bought one from Staples. it works pretty good. Also it is powered from your Laptop's USB port; in addition, it has a female on it too, so you can plug something else in it.
