I bought the last time there was a deal on memory foam. It has the wave pattern and I did not think I would like it until I used it. The waves allow air to circulate around.

I would avoid the wave pattern, memory foam works on heat, So I think the smooth ones work better.
I have a therapeutic mattress and it works great. so if you don't mind the bumps on this one I guess ii could be a good deal.

Oh how I wish there were reviews. It IS a phenomenal price for a 3" mattress topper though. All the ones that I've seen that are even just 2" are $100+
