Hmmm...there's someone over 20 miles away...IDK that Free Shipping would apply without the minimum order. I would feel bad having them drive our roads, if they're obligated and w/o 4WD...scary to impossible!

I was wondering if there was contractual agreements to be a rep. That probably explains why there is only the one. Even UPS won't deliver to my in-laws (or their entire neighborhood - steep roads) if it's snowing...in their contract, they don't have to.

You do have to apply and be accepted. They tell you their guidelines about free delivery and their 100% guarantee; but ultimately, the individual rep can go off script at times and make their own rules.
