I don't have these, but the perks of bamboo are:
It's a sustainable material, as it grows so fast.
As hard or harder than many woods, plus it's naturally resistant to growing molds & microbes.
Care for like a wooden cutting board. Hand wash only & oil with a food grade mineral oil.
Keep in mind a lot of homes a very dry this time of year. Think about where you store or display them, try for away from heaters, & sunny spots...at least until they become acclimated, to avoid checking.
