i actually have a microwave safe tortilla warmer that i use to cook some stuff in the microwave and it works surprisingly well! i wonder if this is the same concept or if there's something different about it that actually adds pressure like a regular pressure cooker?

I dont think this is going to do that well of a job as there is no way it could take the pressures neccessary to do the job. Ive seen good pressure cookers explode from trapped relief valves. Personally I dont see why people are going GAGA over this. $10 regular price for $6 on sale. Ill pass.
