We were always looking for blankets under $10 for my dog. He was always cold or maybe I was cheap with the heat, not sure. haha. Anyway dog blankets were $20 or more so we started buying these soft and inexpensive blankets or throws for him Walgreens had decent ones, and ikea as well. He looked forward to us throwing it on top of him and then he wrapped himself in it, what a trip he was.
