Advice to help improve their toffee was given by Don Calendar from Marie Calendar’s restaurant chain and Guittard chocolate who supplies the chocolate. The new Brandini Toffee is a perfect blend of hand stirred toffee that melts in your mouth and won’t stick to your teeth, hand roasted California almonds, and Guittard chocolate. Refrigerate for 6 weeks or freeze for 6 months with no diminished flavor.
