I have worked in a bakery before and watched the cake decorators use this stand, makes their jobs easier and they are more efficient. Pretty decent deal.

I didn't even think about using it to decorate the cake with. I thought it looked like a pretty study place to keep a cake. The best one I ever got was from Tupperware (still have.) It doesn't rotate but has a top! It's looking it's 35 years but I won't but another unless it has a top.
