This is the same laptop that was advertised a week ago in the ad. It was listed as a 320GB HDD but the one's that shipped to stores had 500GB. There's a pretty good chance this is still available in your local store. Ask to see the box, if the associate thinks it only has 320GB.

The previous instore $398 Acer had a Pentium processor that rates at around 1500something with PassMark. That model is being discontinued.

The i3-370M in this one is a 1st Generation (NOT Sandy Bridge processor) but still rates considerably higher than the Pentium. This i3 is rated at 2200ish with PassMark.

Most Walmart stores have a 17" HP for $568. The processor in this is the same as that one.
