I wouldn't recommend a amll flat panel antenna for the frequencies that U.S. broadcasters use for television. If you live within 10 miles of the transmitting tower it might work okay. The width of the panel is too much of a fractional multiple of the wavelength used. Flat panels, when they work, are highly directional and that can be an advantage if you are trying to reject an adjacent, interfering, transmission.
