Free Memory Foam Cushioned Insoles

While working I stand still in the exact same spot sometimes for hours. Consequently, my feet hurt incredibly, mostly around the arc. I've tried many different types of insoles and can't seem to find anything that actually helps it. However, I've head memory foam pillows for quite some time now, and yes they do provide support, but then again a memory foam pillow is like 5 inches thick. I can't imagine these insoles being more than a centimeter thick, meaning if you're apply your entire body weight on these, it doesn't seem like they would do anything as far as cushioning.. Anyone have any experience with these?
