if you going for it go for the 2nd generation, not only you get the camera for facetime but also the 1st generation i think apple will stop supporting pretty soon in terms of updates

Nice list and I have purchased refurbished products over the years and for the most part am very satisfied. If you want an iPad and this is your budget and you don't mind refurbished you should consider it.
