I have used the restaurant.com gift certificates before and they really do work, they just take $25 off my bill when ever I bought the $25 GC for $2 from them.

They are trying to get you with this restaurant.com gift card which is not much of a deal but if you are already planning on getting an iPad this might be a little added bonus... Last Christmas I was able to get a $100 GC for restaurant.com for only like $2....

For a second there I thought it was a really $100 coupon... not the fake stuff at restaurant.com. Still a decent deal if you like to go out to higher end restaurants I guess.
