I placed an order for $19.99-$20.00 = $0 + shipping $4.95. This morning I see an order confirmation email which says the order total is $24.94. I called the customer service and the lady was so rude and was speaking nonsense... she says no such code exists and she has never seen a $20 coupon no minimum in her 3 years experience with willow ridge (who needs her experience letter. all i need is my money back) and she says i can return the merchandise once i receive it. and says i can get a free complimentary return shipping label. complementary??? i should get a refund of my shipping of $4.95. my worst ever shopping experience.

that is terrible ...I was about to check this out Im glad I always read the comments on here. When you entered your payment info did they have the correct amount? If that was the case you can dispute the charges with your paypal or cc company. thank you for posting this

same issue with mine. When i placed the order, it showed estimated shipping value as $4.95. But when I received confirmation mail, its $24.94. This is so bad. Is this really a valid coupon code ? If not, how could it be applied in the store site?

They've now changed the code to 20% so obviously someone who does the codes had made an error (which I found.) So sorry. Wish you screen shot the online confirmation, or maybe send her this deal??

There's some good deals,mostly in the clearance section but with shipping at $4.95 for purchases up to $24.95 you can definatly grab some deals.

It's kind of for older women so I'm stocking up for gifts for my mom & aunts although I did buy the dress shown for me but in violet flowers. They have great deals on shoes but in odd widths & sizes. My Mom wears an 11 WW so I found a bunch of pairs for her.
