i wonder what makes pantene so good.. for me it's just meh... i heard sulfate-free shampoos are more the way to go. does pantene have a high level of sulfates?

Not sure how much sulfate is in them but I know sulfate lauryth sodium is something to watch out for. Sulfate laureth sodium is less irritating but still considered to be a "poison." Unfortunately, I looked at the ingredients list for popular shampoo brands (Herbal Essences, Pantene, Dove, Garnier, and Head & Shoulders) and they all included sulfate laureth sodium. :/
