I think most can agree that the more active you are the more chances of finding those good deals that go viral. I've been able to find a few here and there that have helped boost the reps. Quickness is another factor. This community has some professional deal hunters and in order to post the great fine one must beat everyone to the punch. There are some members  that have been here for years. I've been a member for a few years but I did not become an active MM till 6months ago. The last factor to find those deals is to find some great resources aka Your Secret Weapons. 

I like to do my homework before investing in a product. Dealpl.us is a great source to find the best deal. As a MM I like to find techie deals. But I also am a father of two kids and like to find good deals on kids stuff. So between tech and kids those will be the deals I will post the most.
