Hmmm it would be fun to tax it, but I don't love the idea of making it legal. I am always shocked by the number of people around me that admit to using it, though!

They can't stop people from smoking it, why not legalize it and stop spending all the money trying to fight something they obviously can't and never will be able to control or stop.

it's a two way street in my opinion. there will be some problems adjusting. besides, if it's legalized in one state, people from other states will want it legalized as well....
