Q: BEST gaming TV I can get today?

I want to purchase a new HDTV 1080P TV, primarily only for gaming. I'm looking only for the top tier TV's, as I have a bit high budget (up to $2000). I won't like to be gaming with consoles, but PC rather, so it has to have a low response time and low input lag. Looking for something around the 50-60 inches range.  Can I get any kind of help? Thanks!

If you're gaming on PC, why get a huge TV instead of a nice monitor?

Well for that kind of budget, i believe you can find hdtv with very good specs for 50-60" range for half your budget, you should check out the upcoming Black friday deals coming up this week. check out Blackfriday.fm for the ad scans, you might find something that'll catch your eye and since you have that high of a budget, might as well spend the rest on a kick a$$ home theater system=P

I would def recommend a Samsung - the picture quality is just so different. The 6100 is a good start. When gaming turn on Clear Motion- it's pretty good...I have HDMI out right now onto mine. If you want to spend a little more, look on the chart on the bottom of that page, there are more 3D and wifi keyboard compatible versions. Don't buy a sound system, use razor headphones - you don't want surround sound otherwise you can't hear which direction ppl are shooting at you from.
