Q: Does anybody know the best place to sell antique coins?

| I would probably find out their value through an appraiser, a coin book, or just asking around on antique and collector forums online and then put them up for auction on ebay. Attracting some interest on the collector sites might help with your auction results as well. Coin shops usually don't pay too well but it doesn't hurt to get a few estimates if you have several shops in your area. Also, just because people are selling similar coins online does not mean that is what they are truly worth. Good luck! |

| Looking at similar coins on Ebay will give you an idea. But you need to see what the final bid is. Bids will change in the last minute of an auction. Age is not as important as the condition of the coin. In the end, the value is determined by what the buyer thinks it's worth. |
