Q: Does anyone have problem doing online purchase at Tommy Hilfiger Website?

I haven't been able to do online purchase at Tommy Hilfiger  website. When I add my items to my cart, enter all my shipping and billing information, once I click the "place order" button. The error message appear and all my items in the cart are gone.  I called their customer service and they tried to place the order for me using their system (but with my credit card information). And they could not do it neither. They then say it is my bank issue. When I call my bank, they say it is Tommy Hilfiger issue. 1. I hold a US credit card. I have 2 different cards from the same bank and both don't work. 2. I get my friend to place the order for me. She using all her 3 credit cards (Issued by US bank too) and they all don't work too. Does anyone has similar experience? How do you overcome with the issue?   Thanks

I would call back to customer service. Speaking with someone different may help.

Orders and deliveries of Tommy Hilfiger are only possible within the United Kingdom (UK). I think this is the reason of your problem. You can check it here: http://uk.tommy.com/Terms-Conditions/CS_TERMSCONDITIONS,en_GB,pg.html

rashidulust, the website that I purcahse is the US website. And the customer service tells me that I need a US credit cards (which me and my friends own) to do purchase. We tried a total of 5 credit cards and none works.
