Like does it give any rewards to certain amount of reps, or vip member or anything?

Higher reputation lets you post deals from lesser known website and lets you post clickable links in your comments. If you sign up for the Money Makers program you get paid based on page views. This is connected to reputation as the higher your rep, the more likely people will be to follow you and the deals you post.
