I read up on it and tried it and it really DOES give you more energy! Be careful to buy ONLY bee pollen from someone local, as the health benefits will only be at their strongest point when you have the pollen or honey that includes your local pollens in it. Good luck. :)

I did not know you can consume bee pollen, i must look into this myself. I know my brother in-law drinks dried up bees and made into a tea. It was recommended by his herbalist. well I did a quick research, seems there's a lot of benefits to it, Bee pollen contains vitamins, minerals, carbohydrates, lipids, and protein.

Side effects
"Bee pollen appears to be safe, at least when taken for a short term. But if you have pollen allergies, you may get more than you bargained for. Bee pollen can cause a serious allergic reaction -- including shortness of breath, hives, swelling, and anaphylaxis.

Bee pollen is not safe for pregnant women. A woman should also avoid using bee pollen if she is breastfeeding" WebMD

still seems the benefits out weight the good unless your allergic
