Q: [Resolved] Question about my Dealspl.us W-9 Form

I am stuck on the first question on the W-9 form (after my name hehehe). It asks me to check the appropriate box for federal tax classification. The closest sounding one is individual/sole proprietor. I don't have a business so I don't feel like proprietor is right, but then does "individual" refer to a person who is working but is not a business owner? 

Also, what do I enter for "Employer identification number"?
