I am assuming you are referring to me.

The duplication system will not always warn you the deal you are posting is a duplicate post.

Search before you post.

Use the search option on top of the website by using keywords:

example, if i were to post a item such as skullcandy headphones from ebay

ex. Search "ebay skullcandy"

or "ebay skullcandy headphones"

here's conversation i recently had with another member about duplicates:

Also you cannot delete your own post, only mods are allow to do that.

What a decent member would do is expire and flag their own deal.

Always do a quick search before posting. The system won't catch all duplicates, especially for certain stores (ebay, bestbuy, staples, etc.). Here is a good way to search before posting:

Deals often don't show up in a search either. Sometimes if they do, they are several pages deep and it isn't reasonable to expect someone to go 5, 6 , 7 pages deep into a list of deals from a website to find a posting that someone didn't put an expiration on several months ago.

So, if you do a reasonable search and if you dont find it, post it. If the system catches it, stop. If not complete the posting. But if you find it is a dup, expire your posting.
