Q: How do you make the link site say what it is?

So I am wondering how you make your link site say what it is instead of the long drawn up. I have seen a ton of people do this and I wanna know how. Thanks ahead of time. ;)

http://www.w3schools.com/html/html_examples.asp That's a great site to use, it gives examples for that under HTML basic, click HTML links. The try it editor let's you add the link and text you want to try then click the edit and click me button up top.
