Q: How good of a picture does an upconvert dvd player do compared to a standard dvd player?

I had finally upgraded to HD now I am looking at an upconvert DVD player. I have looked at a Blue Ray player but I am not ready too spend that much on one because I buy a lot of movies.

Not anywhere close to bluray quality but it does make it look better. I have this one, plays divx, has usb so you can loa movies to a flash drive and upconverts. Thanks Good to hear that the Philips DVP3560/F7 DVD Player is good dvd player that is the model I am looking at buying.
