Q: How the Coupons Thumbs Up/Down Score Works?

Does any one know, how the Coupons Thumbs Up/Down Score Works?

Generally more Thumbs Up score coupon should be on Top right?

For Example:

I got 22 Thumbs Up(28 - 6) for below coupon. But it is on the bottom of the page

but other coupons got lesser than my score and it's on the top of Page.

Another Example:

Look at the above screen, other user also got same score(5) and i got 5 too. his coupon is on the Top and my coupon on the bottom.

One More Strange Example:

why it is not showing who "+" on this deal?

maybe being on Top of the page isn't related to the thumbs up but related to the number of views the code has. might be a reason...

@arsiel Looking at the Jo-Ann coupon page it's not allowed to be entered as a coupon.
