Q: How to deal with this (Link Inside)

This is not the first time I see this kind of deals. It is spam site with possible virus. http://dealspl.us/Games_deals/p_steam-call-of-duty-cd-key-exchange-code I see some negative score users. So it appears they create new accounts and still posting spam.

Sadly this is the "nature of the beast" but by the users of dealspl.us we can report them to the Mods to try and stop them before they do any damage.
