And Im aware this isnt a recent article. Just wanted to share for all those on the iphone bandwagon and blinded by marketing hype.

My girls love their iPhone 4s... all they want is to text and take a few pictures. I like the bigger screen on my s3. It depends on what you do on your phone to make it the best choice.

As Woz said, the iPhone is his go-to suggestion for people entrenched in the Mac world, and for people who are afraid of technology. For everyone else, I suggest Android.

I really don't care which OS or phone you use, but I would love it if more people compared usability and features instead just brand names.

It doesn't change my opinion on anything. Like anything, it really just depends on what you want. No matter what, people will love and hate the iPhone..just like any other phone. It's not about finding the best phone of all, because that answer is dependent on the person asking the question. People pay for luxurious cars all the time, even though a more economic one might do the same, if not more.

I don't understand why people try to bash phones. Get over it! It's a phone. If you like it..great..if you don't..that's fine too..go find a phone you enjoy. I personally enjoy iPhones..but that doesn't mean that I think other phones suck. I've played with many others..and yeah..some of them are pretty darn awesome, but that doesn't mean that I think my phone is useless.

Choose what you like..and you'll be happy..

I don't care how Apple's co-founder feel about iOS. It's personal preference. I upgraded to a Samsung Galaxy S2 only to hate the phone with a passion and ended up having to trade it back for my brother's iP4. I need something that just works when I turn it on without having to tweak every single minor thing. And don't get me started on the lack of firmware update for android handsets. Go troll somewhere else please.

I dont troll son. I provoke conversation. Whereas a troll is someone who provokes with the intent to continue to berate the opposition on the subject without any interest in their opinion. I am not sure if you just got upset over the subject but if you had read it, I simply asked a question how it makes you feel supporting your loyal brand when the cofounder of the company prefers the competition when it comes to usability. Im impartial to any brand of any type of product. Ive owned 3 iphones. I have a new iphone on the way (thanks to my employer finally ditching Blackberry). And nimrod who bashed anything? Youre correct, whatever works for you. Some people dont have the knowledge to use a linux based distro such as slackware so they go with windows esque type distros like Ubuntu, or Linspire. Conversation it what gets products to succeed or not. Apple was basically a ghost in the world of technology in the late 80's, very near bankruptcy. A product, marketing hype, and word of mouth brought them back to being a front runner in the world of technology.

I wasn't referring to you about the bashing..I just meant that in general..every time a new iPhone comes out..everyone starts bashing it. My comment wasn't intended to propose an argument..it was just a comment. I feel like for the past few weeks it's been iPhone5 vs S3..both great phones.

Sorry bout that. The troll remark from the guy above hit a bit of a nerve i guess. They are both overhyped. The s3 is pretty solid but i dont get why the one x gets zero love. Its a great phone as well.

The iPhone always gets trashed every time there is an upgrade, yet it continues to surpass and create new records every single year. I don't understand why it needs to be such a competition about which is better. I am an Apple fanboy because their products work and work great. Some Android phones are definitely cool, but the OS can't be beat on the iPhone.
