... just spent the last hour needing to resubscribe to store newsletters. Found the unsubscribes in my junk mail. I could see one or two if I clicked that TINY little option way at the bottom of each email but I found dozens dated from the past month. I like sharing the info with others and adding the hosted-link to coupons is easier than using a sale page - ex. Smartbargains needs the email. This is just plain rude on someone's part.

A big pet peeve of mine is when you unsubscribe from a newsletter and they then send you an additional email 'confirming' you've been unsubscribed. That's like telling a salesman at your door to not come back, and then 5 minutes later he knocks on your door to tell you he won't come back anymore. Makes me nuts.
