Q: Is there a deal bot that will notify me if a specific item goes on sale anywhere?

For instance if I'm looking for a gaming item below a certain price or a specific shoe,etc. is there a program I can register for that will notify me? I'm thinking it would scan the web and various retailers for price drops. thank you.
