I wanted to share a quick story about the great costumer service at Logitech. a couple of weeks ago i found a great deal here for a Logitech G7 mouse for around $40 i got it in the mail like in 2 or 3 days but my batteries wold not hold a charge i called the Logitech support and they sent me a new set of batteries witch did not resolve my problems i called back and Logitech sent me another mouse witch ended up doing the same thing. even that the experience was bad the tech support people were friendly and most helpful the understood my concerns and offered great comfort when i called for the problems with the second mouse the tech support rep could not get me the same model because all the G7 wireless were end of life meaning they will not make them anymore so the rep told me i could have any mouse i wanted i am now the owner of a great G9X witch is a $90 mouse with great comfort and response i thought i would share how pleased i am with Logitech. now I'm getting that wave keyboard with a dented box because i know they will stand up for their product.

I bought the Logitech G15 Keyboard when it first came out. It was around a $75 keyboard (or at least thats what I was charged ;) ). It had all black keys with a blue back lighting keys. After about 8 months of use, the WASD keys had all but worn off, just square blue keys, no more letters. I was telling a cfriend about it and he said to call Logitech, they redesigned the paint on the keys and they don't wear off now. After about 8 minutes on the phone with Logitech I had a new keyboard on the way. So now I have 2 Logitech G15 keyboards, the replacement still works and the paint hasn't failed yet. And the original is still functional as long as you know which keys are the WADS keys lol.

Logitech is A-OK in my book!

I had a pretty good experience with Logitech once as well. The customer service rep emailed me back and forth about a problem I had with my mouse, and when he was determined it was a hardware problem, he said I could send it in to get it repaired. I opted in just buying a new mouse since they wouldn't cover the shipping cost.

But the point is they were very polite and patient throughout the entire process. One may think that's not a big deal, but sadly that stuff is often hard to come by with big companies. Glad to know that they're nice with you guys too.

Logitech customer support may be decent, but their products are not well built. There are so many refurb logitech products that you can find on ebay or online. I remember last week dailysteal.com was giving away free refurb logitech gaming controllers.
