Q: My deal was updated and the other user didn't get credit?

I posted a round-up of freebies for National Donut Day and nimase updated it, yet my MM still shows it as a deal on my end when I should have deal update. She added some great freebies and I was wondering if it is to late to split the clicks? Has this ever happened before?

It's the up to the mods to decide if sufficient value was added to the deal for the deal to be shared. They seem to do it very well. If it were automatic, one could simply add a line to every item on the Heating Up list and share in every deal that made the Hot page.

I didnt even know that could happen. I just always thought it was split once someone updates it. I guess it is a good thing to know. :)

I'm not so sure - i updated a deal and was approved BUT i'm seeing both type of payment files - 1st it was "deal-update", now it's just "deal" (after a magic-edit and FP'd). I also have a few updated deals showing up in my profile but I cannot find them - one item is on the FP now so I should see it when I 1st open the dashboard. Nope. :(

On a side note: I suppose some people may have recently quit. (shrug)

@omegafemale. I've noticed some of those little glitches too. I try to remind myself that Mod's make mistakes just like the rest of us worker bees. But it does raise a flag when it's repeated

@Brentheriot - I'm guessing you didn't quit? :)

What bothers me is the frequency of these "glitches."
