Buy her a Keurig coffee brewer. She will love it.It is my one appliance i would never give up.

If she is into baking at all a KitchenAid mixer will make most wives drool.

What I like to do, is I make her a coupon in photoshop that she can cash in for a day off, a date, etc and attach it to something like this basket on the main page. http://www.winecountrygiftbaskets.com/gift_basket_list.asp/BATH/SPA_GIFT_BASKETS/SKW/BATH Gives her a day to kick back, relax and pamper herself, or just a day where we can both get away and go out and have a nice dinner, movie, or whatever. It sounds kind of cheesy but she looks forward to that day to just cash it in and tell the kids to ask Dad.

It all depends on what she likes, we could say 1000 things but not knowing what someone is interested in its impossible. If she like to read, a kindle would be great. If she is a big fan of coffee like brushes said a Keurig would be great.

just get her a small box wrapped and put a note in it telling her all the sweet things you love about her and tell her you are taking her on a shopping spree of however much and that you will joyfully sit with her and give her compliments, hold her purse/coat, and whatever else she may want for her "appreciation day" present. gotta love and pamper the lady who puts a smile on your face and puts up with all your crap :)
