Q: Question about 6pm.com

Hello, I was thinking about ordering some things from 6pm.com. I have never shopped there, but I googled some reviews before purchasing, and they were horrible! I know with online reviews , that you have to take some consideration with each one (malicious, not true,, duplicate person) ,, but if any of you have ever shopped there, some feedback on your experience would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

I never looked up reviews for 6pm but I'm surprised! I ordered from them on two occasions, one for a pair of boots and another for heels and flats together. They shipped pretty quickly and they were each $17 shipped! I never had problems with them at all.

I have ordered a pair of boots and earbuds from 6pm. They arrived quickly and LOVED both items! :)

I have shopped with them and I rate them 8.5/10
Go ahead and order whatever u want , their packaging is amazing with free samples too.

I ordered some sale stuff from them in the last couple months. I had no problem so far and actually the shipping was quick that I remembered.
About returning or exchanging, I can't comment because I hadn't returned any item so far yet (keep the finger cross :))

I love 6pm.com. They are owned by Zappos, so I would say you can expect similar service to Zappos, which is great. I've purchased from 6pm 10+ times and never had an issue. Correct items always shipped pretty quickly and I will billed correctly.

I wouldn't expect to have any problems. Personally, it's my favorite place to buy shoes.
