Q: Spam / Virus Warning - Do Not click on links posted by users (names included)
![]() Just wanted to share this info with all DP users: do not click on any links posted by following users as you might want to get a virus. They are using re-direct links that will take you to spam sites containing viruses. How to spot fake deals: 1. Most of them are posted in Freebies area 2. Posts created by Noob users with no feedback or very low, sometimes negative score. Users: nammaps gig_donna fedan30 danielperees joeyserrano lovesavingsome maryhan79 iguvqmym If you spot a deal posted by these users or similar low score "looking fake" deals, please mark it as "Spam". We all know that mods are working hard on keeping DP clean and user friendly. So let's help them! |

Considering they've been outed their accounts should be deleted. Perhaps mods could keep the IP ADDRESSEES of these people so that If they try to create another account from the same location they can be denied. Yes,I know that you can get an anonymous IPD but they may not ALL know that. ( Well, unless they read THIS) lol |

| What I noticed some of the spammers are also doing is posting a legit deal just to get a 1 or 2 rep and then post SPAM. |
