I don't understand how people know this really happened. It could be a he said-she said situation. Unless it was captured on audio and video in which case where is the video? Seems sketchy to me...

Pretty stupid news article. Yahoo needs to find better things to report about. Even if it is 100% true, it's 1 salesperson out of a million. There's always a few bad apples. It doesn't mean every sprint salesperson is like that.

Also, how do we know it's 100% accurate? It was only from the perspective of the customer, so we really don't know if it's all truthful
