What is the official stance by DP regarding people posting private ebay auctions? I see lots of it going on and try to flag as spam whenever I see it because personally I dont think this is the place for it. I have no problem with ebay daily deals, or other ebay listings from actual stores like buy.com or other stores who sell on ebay. Id just like to know the official viewpoint on this as I wasnt able to find anything in the TOS or FAQ's

I feel the same way as you "I have no problem with ebay daily deals, or other ebay listings from actual stores like buy.com or other stores who sell on ebay."

I would add the deals posted here should be "Buy it Now".

Anything else is spam to me.

In addition to the BuyItNow option, I want the reseller to have plenty in stock for it to be considered eligible for posting.

I'm interested to hear the official answer too.

I agree with that Perkalicious. There should be massive quantities available for many users to be able to take advantage of.

We try to bury any eBay deal that is not from a reputable seller. Please continue to flag or comment on anything else. The daily deals are fine, since they are only from Top-rated sellers, and any reputable retail store's official eBay store is fine. Hopefully that clears this up.
