I submitted several coupons yesterday that do not expire until 3/13/11. Then I look at them today, and they're marked as expired and someone else posted the exact same ones 8 hours ago. Word for word, exactly the same. And on top of that, I can't even see my submissions, not even in the expired section unless I click through the MM tab/list Let see if it'll show up if I post the links: http://dealspl.us/bestdealmagazines-coupons/225881 http://dealspl.us/bestdealmagazines-coupons/225882 I thought that wasn't even possible to submit duplicate coupon codes. I could be wrong.

you can list it again if it was expired, then relisted. is it possible that someone would list yours as expired then go back and list it as there own??? who would do that???

Just looked and I can't see any way that a user can change a coupon to show that it has expired.

Would you have accidentally put in the wrong expiration date when you listed it originally? This may seem like a stupid question, but it happened to me. Although you prob wouldve noticed if you checked as soon as you submitted it. When I did it, I just deleted & reposted again.

@dealhunter, I think some printable coupons prob come from different sources, or web addresses. That makes it harder to catch duplicates automatically. People need to double check when posting printables. But the codes are caught & will not allow you to copy.

It's the weirdest thing, huh? I hope a moderator does jump in, because I'm confused.

If it happening to more people, I guess maybe it could be a glitch in the system or something.

But I thought I'd bring it out to light. :)

Is the coupon code still valid? One of the other MODs might have expired it if the coupon code is no longer valid. Sometimes the online retailer have a limit to how many times a coupon code could be used so bestdealmagazines might have taken out their own coupon code despite having an expiration date of 3/13

Also wierd that a moderator hasen't commented yet. I've noticed that moderaters usually will try to post a answer right away, especially if they know the answer.

@Daisy: I've had that happen also. I figured that it was mistakenly removed as the duplicate.

I've had the best luck using the Contact Us link at the bottom of every page and sending a message to moderators. The more detail you can give from the get-go, the better response you'll get back.

Here in Ask & Share we can only speculate about what happened why. When you use the Contact Us link, you're guaranteed a response from someone who knows within 72 hours.
