Q: Use the Heating up section.

Deals that are "Heating Up" are the ones well on their way to being Hot. If you think a deal that's Heating Up is homepage worthy, then go ahead and give it a plus. But if you don't think it's homepage material, you can give it a thumbs down.

Use it to put an end to the cheaters, it is obvious if it is a crappy deal and has a high score, that something is wrong. So fix it..... and if it is a great deal do the same....fix it.

I use the thumbs up and down a lot on the heating up page, I think a lot more users should do the same thing too!

lots of deals from high rep users have wayyy too many thumbs ups. Ehh... I hope some people higher up on dealspl.us can help us with this...

I try to view & thumbs up the 'fresh' deals first b/c there are some great ones just getting pushed to the back. It also gives you a better chance of the deal still being available
