Do you think it's appropriate for such comparisons - at first, I thought it was about 9-11... but it was for consultant to those who were in auto accidents!

i think it's fine..the comparison is with 9-1-1 and 4-1-1. i think it makes sense too. after an accident, you call 911. then after that while you're waiting for the response team, you call 411 for information.
