if you make over $600 for the year, you'll need to send a W-9 to info@dealspl.us or fax it to (609) 543-0968

You can go to the irs.gov website and download a w-9 and print it out.

No problem! Make sure you send it in early before you are getting ready to make $600 or more for the year in order to get paid, otherwise you will not get paid until they receive the form.
