Q: What determines how many PLUS's you can give to a deal?

Can someone post how it is determined how many plus points you can give out, I know it is probably based on your reputation total, but can you tell us on a table when you go from 1 to 2 and 2 to 3 and 3 to 4 and 4 to 5?

Going frOm 1 to 2 to 3 is the easy part. For me it took me awhile to get to 4 and now I'm waiting to get to 5. It's taking forever :(

As I recall, I got to 5 when I have 10k reputation. I could be wrong though.

I think it doesn't depend only on your reputation but also on your quality of deal. I know so many users who are at a reputation of 40K and are still at 4.
