Q: What should we name her?

Adopted a kitten today! We haven't a clue what to name her. Her name was originally Robin but we don't think that suits her too well. She doesn't really meow; instead, she makes sounds like what I'd imagine to be a baby dinosaur. (I was thinking of just naming her dinosaur but that'd be silly. Cute, but silly.)

I'm open for ideas! :)

Oh...So cute :) Robin does not suit her at all you are right. I have to look at her picture for a few minutes and see if anything cones to mind. Congratulations :)

I mostly liked to name our pets with 2 syllables and a y or ie at he end. They seem to respond to how your voice goes up, and don't sound like other commands. There's a Tyrannosaurus Rex named Sue...Suzy?

@branie thanks! Let me know if anything comes to mind :)

@glwrks Hmm Suzy sounds old to me for some reason. I totally agree about the ie or y sound - all of our family's pets except one end with that! We were considering Cera, like the triceratops from the Land Before Time but someone close is named Sarah :/ Maybe Lexie?

Awww... so cute! We have a cat that looks like her. My daughter named her Penelope and we call her Penny for short. We also adopted her sister and named her Temperance, Tempy for short. I think we watch The shows Bones and Criminal Minds too much... I guess it's a good thing that the cats are named after the smart women. Good luck with the name. She kind of looks like a Sammy.

We had neighbors that had the funniest name for their cat. Keep in mind, this is a small town, none of the services of a large city. I thought the woman had lost it when she was walking down the drive yelling "Taxi, Taxi!"

OH what a cutie! We just got a new puppy a week ago and named him Wallace. She is not a Robin. I will have to think of some names for your little girl.

if you liked Dino, you could name her Dinah. Or my personal favorite "Muggins". but the best part is you now get to love a kittten!
