Q: What the heck!? Order Cancelled?

So I had a killer deal on some Spongebob pajamas that I even posted on dealspl.us and first I got an email saying it was delayed. Then my order was delayed again and they said if I did not confirm the new estimated ship date, they would only try once to ship it then cancel the order. So clicked on the link in the email and approved it.

Now they've just cancelled it! I guess they did not have stock to match what they were allowing people to buy? I am going to complain during operating hours because for one they did not explain why it was cancelled and for another I think they should at least give me a discount on something else for the trouble!

Anyone else have something like this happen? What would you do?

just saw from your posts, it was target. it was a pretty good deal. yes do complain, their customer service is pretty good, well when i dealt with any issues.

i usually ask for a rain check if its possible. i want my deal price but the process they put you through is BS. what kind of service is that?

They cancelled my order for the 73" TV from Best Buy that I was supposed to get for $199.00. They did however give me a $25.00 gift card.........Hmmmmmm who do you think got the better end of this deal?

I have had my order canceled every single time I have tried to order from 1saleaday.com. I guess I can understand them cancelling an order better than target since they are dealing with other merchants. Let us know how they resolve the issue after you complain. Just curious to see how they handle it :)

My only experience with Target Customer Service has been with returns, and they were easy enough to deal with. Good luck, dealwagger.

kimeeb, you mean you got the $25 credit back when they cancelled those TVs but you just now found it? May I ask how you did the cancellation search? Thanks.
