So...almost all the scans to Black Friday are "leaked"/out. Which deal do you think is the must-buy/best deal on Black Friday this year? If you haven't seen the ads yet, check it out at www.blackfriday.fm (Dealspl.us sister site).

Nothing really excites me. Already have new tv's so while there are some decent deals on them, its going to be an ongoing thing with the huge surplus of flat panel tv's in warehouses as well as the parts to repair them. So for me it will be pretty much Target and Walmart saving money on things I buy for the kids every year such as the Hot Wheels cars and other toys.

You should have waited for Black Friday to buy that new TV of yours. Where you buy yours? Certain stores have price guarantees within a certain amount of days so keep an eye out for price drop.

I've been wondering this. I don't particularly *need* anything, but I'd like to know what is too good of a deal to pass up.

Frankly, I didn't see anything at Best Buy for BF that couldn't be beat elsewhere price-wise. Fairly disappointing.

There is some value to purchasing an item at a local store for close to the same price as you have a place to take it back to if it breaks. But you might not have to pay tax online.. so it's a wash in my mind. I personally buy pretty much everything online when it's the cheapest, but I sometimes recommend family and friends to buy in-store deals as there is less risk if it breaks.
