Q: Where can I buy Necco Sweetheart "Tarts"?

Nobody sells the Tarts version of Sweethearts anymore!! I do not want the new "Dazzled" version but, rather, the old more sour kind that just says tarts. I know I can buy it in bulk online or buy it from some online stores but it seems they all have shipping. Does anyone know where I can buy a bag or a few boxes in stores or online w/ free shipping? Thanks

http://www.candywarehouse.com/tartheart.html - Shipping is $11 bucks... which makes it $30 which puts them somewhere at ~$.84 a box Necco has discontinued the "Non-Dazzled" tart line... so it'll be hard to find them. |
