Q: Why am I not able to submit coupon codes of certain sites?

I cannot submit coupon codes of some good sites like Gap, old navy etc.

Is this only happening to me?

It says: Sorry! This merchant has disabled user-submissions of coupons

Because "This merchant has disabled user-submissions of coupons." I don't know what else could be said. Some companies don't want their coupons advertised by deal sites.

If the company requests that DP does not allow submissions of coupons, DP cooperates and does as requested

So basically it's not just you, it's all dealsplusser that are restricted. The exception seems to be mods, but I think they can only post what the sites allow them to post, because I only see a few coupons posted by mods on sites with user-submissions disabled (ex. Target).
