They are not "allowed" to repost. But, I would say, 90% of the time it is a mistake, and myself and others will expire our deals (i.e. close them out) if we know that they are a repost.

If you mean duplicate the same deal, correct - that is not a good thing to do. ;)

If you mean someone has "updated" your deal, as long as the information is worthy (like a coupon) it's ok.

Can you give an example so we know for sure?

Last time I checked, Dealpl.us automatically check if another person used the same URL/Deal, and you cannot use it.

But if they find it somewhere else, then yes, that would not be nice

A lot of the time people don't check to make sure its not already out there so its a Dup cuz they did not take a few extra seconds to check their deal. Sometimes it comes from a different source and makes it seem different to the system. There are also people who have learned to play the system and get around mods so their deal gets listed anyway.......ie people have teamed up and are playing the system together and they have multiple accounts which also favors them. Mods I know I just ticked you off but its the truth. Sorry to be so negative but the truth hurts and if the shoe fits it can hurt to wear if you are one of the guilty!!!!! Being truthful has hurt my rep on this site but this is also the only site that I go to that has SO much dishonesty. If it were not for the great deals I do find at times I would stop coming here.
