Q: Will 'Donkey Kong Country Returns' come to Nintendo DS?

My godson asked for "Donkey Kong Country Returns" but doesn't want it for Wii. Problem is it only exists for Wii. I'm wondering if I should wait to see if it comes out for Nintendo DS or if that's a lost cause. Anyone know?
